Paid Search Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to refine campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights
Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to craft compelling ad copy and landing pages
Stay updated on PPC trends, platform changes, and best practices
Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement strategic adjustments promptly
Work directly with clients to understand goals and communicate campaign progress
Requirements
Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with demonstrable success
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid search platforms
Expertise in keyword research, bid management, and conversion tracking
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions
Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Google Ads certification preferred
