Paid Search Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to refine campaigns

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights

  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)

  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to craft compelling ad copy and landing pages

  • Stay updated on PPC trends, platform changes, and best practices

  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement strategic adjustments promptly

  • Work directly with clients to understand goals and communicate campaign progress


Requirements

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with demonstrable success

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid search platforms

  • Expertise in keyword research, bid management, and conversion tracking

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions

  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Google Ads certification preferred
